Today's NST carried a story about a 48 year-old furniture showroom supervisor who was about to be charged with incest when he suddenly decided to plead to "marry" the victim in question, under the grounds that she is not his daughter.
What is he trying to do - legitimize the rape? It's still rape, you sick maggot. Heck, even a maggot's SHIT don't deserve to be classified under the same category as you, psycho prick.
He claims the girl is only his step daughter, since he married his wife (victim's mom) when she was two, so he can't be sure that the child is his. Yet, prior to this he had earlier said that he was 99% sure the child is his.
So instead of the incest charge, which carries a minimum penalty of 6 years, he's going for the rape charge, which is "discounted" at a 5 year minimum.
Funny how a human being's violation is valued at so little. Free room and board for a goddamn rapist for the next few years, while he fantasizes about sticking it to more innocents, and probably enjoys the perks of being someone's bitch at the same time.
By the way, the girl is only THIRTEEN years old. 13. Tigabelas. Form One. Get that picture in your head while you add the next character - a sweaty, stinky, pervert, almost 50 years old, breathing heavily over her as she's petrified in terror, his body pinning her down, his dirty hands groping her innocent body, robbing her of her childhood, violating her very being.
And then he can turn around in court and say it's not really rape since it was ONLY partial penetration. WHAT THE FLYING GODDAMN HELL!??!!!
